Receive Faxes Online Instructions

When you receive faxes online, they are available for viewing through your web fax service's online interface. You will log into your account and navigate to the “Inbox” section. Select the date range you wish to display faxes from, and faxes you have received during this timeframe will be shown. You can choose to either view or download your faxes.

Your faxes usually can be viewed in one of two formats: PDF or TIFF.
