Receive Faxes via Email Instructions

To receive faxes via email, you will need to list your email address in the receive preferences section of your web fax provider’s interface. Once you have done so, your email address will be setup to receive faxes.  Aside from this, you don’t need to do anything else to receive faxes via email. When you receive a fax, you will receive an email notifying you that you have received a fax along with the fax attached in the email.

To view your fax, all you have to do is download the attachment.  Your faxes usually arrive in one of two formats: PDF or TIFF.
